Okay-- not entirely sure on this one. The Turk's Cap Cactus (also known as Compass Cactus because it tends to face South) does grow on the Virgin Islands.
I saw this guy walking on a gravel road near White Bay and Beach on Peter Island.
On the Sunset Loop Trail on Peter Island in the British Virgin Islands. I believe it was female. We got to watch it hunt and feed.
