One of the more common ones, perhaps plantain-leafed sedge. Looks to have bloomed during the unusual warm spell and is NOT going to enjoy tonight's temperatures in the teens with a raging north wind.
Perhaps they were just young flowers but they LOOKED like they were scrunching up to hide from the cold.
