Description: The Northern Saw-whet Owl is an assortment of browns with white spotted wings, and a striped belly. They have unique characteristics on their face that include lemon yellow eyes, and black eyebrows.

Habitat: Dense coniferous forests.

Fun Facts: This small owl nests in tree cavities and roasts during the day just above eye level. They are nocturnal and very hard to see because of their camouflage.
