Macroglossum sitiene is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Sri Lanka, eastern India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, southern China, Taiwan, southern Japan (the Ryukyu Archipelago), Vietnam, Malaysia (Peninsular) and Indonesia (Sumatra).
