Es endémica de Costa Rica, Panamá, Antigua y Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Guadalupe, Martinica, Puerto Rico, Santa Lucía, San Vicente y las Granadinas, Trinidad y Tobago; Guyana, Surinam, Venezuela, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Brasil y Guyana Francesa.
