Tree Frog Species in Moorpark near the Tierra Rejada Vernal Pool Preserve. Found in stagnant water in plastic bin. Green, with brown bands across eyes. About 1 1/2 inches long.
Gopher snake in access road, relocated away from park and road. Aprroximately 4 feet long
Trolling along the inside of my backyard wall. Caught and released back out into the brush area behind the neighbor homes.
I feed birds in my backyard which probably attracted the snake to the birds, chipmunks, or birdbaths (i.e. water).
