Hi Dear,
I´d like to known how I might to take the citation about your observation+
Hi Jhon,
What exactly do you want regarding my observation?
-Paul
I´m working in a articule of distribution about Microcaecilia albiceps and want to use your coordenates and description.
Sure Jhon, you are welcome to use the information in your article. Let me know if you need any other data.
-Paul
Thanks Paul, now I´d like known how will it be the citation about your information in a publication.
Hi Jhonjairo, if you confirm Paul's identification, this observation will become research grade (see Data Quality Assessment to the right). Then it will be harvested by GBIF.org. GBIF data is often cited in scientific publications.
Jhon, you can just state: "Specimen was observed in the field by Paul Freed". Do you need to state anything else? If so, let me know exactly what you need.
-Paul
certainly the identification of Paul is true, but I want to know how to cite it in a paper I am preparing for www.checklist.org.br, Can you send me your personal email to send the manuscript, so that you can give it a checked?
Thanks for advance.
Jhon,
You can find my personal email address on my profile page. I'll be more than happy to look over your manuscript.
