Looks more like an Ichnatropis maybe squamulosa

I think you may be right since Lacertidae upper labial plates tend to be generally more prominent and this may not apply to Gerrhosauridae.
IMHO the general morphology seems to be different from I. squalulosa, considering the images available online.
