Description
This is a Juvenile I was told. First time I've seen one of these. A local bird watcher says it has been hanging out here for the past week.

Interesting, I had no idea the juvies were white! I'll have to be more careful when I'm birding back east.
Yes if it weren't for one of the local bird-watchers that were there that day I wouldn't have known it was there.
