Comparing it to the bona fide Dunlin to the right, the bird is definitely runty and short-billed, but the size difference doesn't look big enough to me for the smaller bird to be a Western. The overall body shape (short neck, plump) and plumage are also suspiciously similar to the real Dunlin.
The data quality assessment is a summary of an observation's accuracy. All

the iNat community agrees with the observer's ID, where an "agreeing"
identification is one that matches exactly or is of a child taxon of the
observer's ID. For example, if Scott says it's a mammal and Ken-ichi

The bill is long enough that I think it's a dunlin.
