Not sure if this one can be a Rainbow Agama. They are very common in Luanda but I've not found any with other pattern than entirely blue. In my oppinion Acanthocercus atricollis but this one is easy to capture and check.

Agree, this is a problematic group. We have two adults (male and female) in our museum collection. I will compare ad rectify the identification.
