Of the ca. 6 species of Tipula found near Fairbanks on ARCTOS, Tipula limbata seems to match best, using google image search. See: http://www.kolumbus.fi/esko.viitanen/tipulidae_wing_e.htm . Key character (?) dark window on distal end of wings. Fairly low confidence on this det. though. See also: http://ccw.naturalis.nl/
