No idea if it is likely to help as I have never looked at a key for this genus, but I managed to get some pretty detailed shots of these on a slide.

I agree, E. rileyi looks really good.

According to bugguide and other sources I can find, there are 4 Eulachnus recorded from North America, the 3 spp. on that page in addition to Eulachnus americanus. Based on the identification characters provided on that page you linked it is definitely not E. agilis or E. brevipilosus and looks like a good match for E. a rileyi. As for E. americanus, I tracked down the original publication here:

From briefly studying the description, I don't think E. americanus is consistent with yours. In addition, it's only known from Pennsylvania. In contrast, I found museum records for both E. rileyi and E. agilis for southern California, and as it lacks spots and is covered in wax... E. rileyi is what I would call it.
