There's a lot of confusion on Nembrotha species. It appears that N. rutilans is a synomyn of N. livingstoni, which is always identified by a white (or yellow) cross mark on the top of the head. This photo is closer to N. chamberlaini or N. purpureolineata. Based on the pale bases of the rhinophores & gills, I'd call this on N. purpureolineata.
