Cochranella adenocheira, captured at night during an amphibian survey for the Santo Antonio dam.
Pretty sure about this one... it's been identified by a glassfrog specialist. Besides, there's at least one recently published record for Rondonia (http://www.checklist.org.br/getpdf?NGD058-11).
