Description

There were a large number (10+) of these raptors sitting in a field (!) in fairly close proximity, which I have never seen before, but I did not get a good look at most of them and am not very good with raptors.

There are a few raptors that migrate in flocks (according to Sibley), but I can't match this photo up to them confidently.
