Interesting, iNat is using http://www.gadm.org/ for province boundaries, according which is why iNat has that Caye just on the western edge of Sancti Spiritus on the border with Villa Clara: http://www.inaturalist.org/places/13370
The GADM has a forum for posting errors, maybe leave them a note?
