Can't really see the flower itself very well so I am going more on the appearance of the leaf and the three petals.

Still going with Commelinaceae. From what I can see there are other buds about to open just beneath the main flower. There aren't many native Tradescantia in California but I believe T. fluminensis that has escaped cultivation is a distinct possibility. See:

There are reports from Sonoma county.
