Description

This spider was living between cracks in the steps leading to the bridge over the march. I am unsure if it spins webs or not.

I think it's a jumping spider, although I can't see the large front eyes. The squarish cephalothorax and the overall body shape seem right for salticids. Salticids don't spin webs but they use silk lines for safety in case they miss their target during a jump.
