Orange butterfly with brown on half the lower wings, and amorphous brown spots and edges on the upper wings. Two sets of brown dots on upper wings. Undersides of wings are brown and mottled, with a dot or two on each section of the wings. This specimen was feeding on something on a dried pine log.
