We scared it out of its hole geocaching. I talked to it and it stayed around on the tree until we put the cache back in the hole. It climbed back in. Cache owners said flying squirrel was not in hole when he moved it an hour or so later. But he did move cache location to avoid the flying squirrel.

Seek said it was a Red-tailed Stingless Bee, but those are native to Central and South America. Im in Pennsylvania. It was on my Common Milkweed
