This one looks like the B. impatiens that Ron Payne posted but I don't really know my bees yet so I don't want to tag it as such yet.

Very angry small bird with yellow spot on head. Checked the call on the Cornell birds website and it sounded right. Also the correct habitat - the middle of a field.
