This osprey is a residential raptor at the Bird Rescue Center in Santa Rosa. Due to an injury that prevents it from successfully being released into the wild, it serves as an educational representative. Here, it attended the Wildflower Festival, alongside fellow BRC resident, a Western screech-owl.
