circlejranchDescription
This is my first observation of Red-eared Slider this year. Up until today I had only observed Western Pond Turtles basking on sunny days. I wonder if the 2 species have different dormancy periods?

Wild Boar (Sus scrofa)Observer
circlejranchDescription
This scat is most likely from Feral pigs. There has been a great deal of digging tracks from wild boar this winter. I have observed one medium sized wild boar twice this winter. It is interesting to see so many acorn shells in the scat. Wow, they are eating up potential oak trees.
