i was driving at night across the marsh when either a nutria or a giant mouse ran across the road

morning beside road

saw a bunch of yellow bellied sliders but also saw a few of these turts

heard them hooting from path followed the calls through masses of ticks and eventually doug found the nest

there were a bunch of these turtles at the park

this park was crawling with them at every turn, usually around water, i even saw one eat a leopard frog

on ground by water

i saw at least 5 of them at the park

me and my friend pulled off this "freeway" to watch the birds in the marsh

a terrapin started to cross the road, fortunately I was able to help this one cross
