Purplish-blue lichen growing on log on top of moss, white underneath. Very soft, furry and moist

Description
A "weed of concern" in King county, this yellow flowering stoloniferous flowering perennial with basal leaves has, like many introduced/opportunistic species, established itself quite well in UBNA.

Description
Distant hummer siting atop the highest branch, couldn't get a very good pictures, probably either a Rufous or an Anna's.
