This Mazanita tree has green leaves and a red bark. All the leaves on the tree appear to be facing upward towards the sun. Two of the same tree were found in the same location. The Mazanita tree appear to be about 7 ft tall.

This fungus was found on a fallen branch. There were about 4 to 5 of the fungus on the branch. The fungus is a light brown color with darker brown colored rings around it. The biggest fungus was about one inch wide.
