This species has adapted to all conditions. In Western Australia the 28 competes for nesting spaces with the rainbow lorikeets which is an introduced species.

Ants are a type of fauna because it is an animal/insect. It is carrying its food (a dead bees head) back to the colony which will eat it for energy. An ant can carry up to ten times it's weight and doesn't have eyes. Instead of using its eyes to see an ant uses it's antennas to feel its way around.
