Moving a little rock I found a spider nest with a dozen spiders. The net of long legs was something really impressive.
This butterfly is likely to be a Field Crescent (Phyciodes pulchella), but the antennal clubs orange are typical of the California Crescent (Phyciodes orseis). Any suggestion?
