this snake was about three feet long and lying off to the side of he road when i spotted it. it was very sunny out about mid day so it was probably trying to catch some sun. it stayed there for a while so i could take a picture and then slithered off the road into the grass
i was gathering some fire wood and turned over a log only to find this scorpion that was about the size of a silver dollar. it didnt move much and was in no hurry to get away so i let it be
it ran across the fairway at oakmont golf course while i was golfing.
this fungi was just outside the fence of montgomery's campus while looking for birds.
rather large tadpol. i noticed others started developing leggs
caught from pond in area, fish like. seemed like some sort og salamander or newt tadpole to me
there were many of them in the area but i happened to capture photos of these two eating grass
the group was not ntimidated by me to much and i was able to get closer then i hoped in order to take pictures of the turkeys
bunch of white small flowers
small purple/bluish almost flower with white center
small yellow flower with bend at the end, although it was fairly tall in height. thhe stem and leaves had fur like needles covering surface
there were a bunch of them but i had difficulty getting a good shot because they were to heavy for the flowers they transfered polin to and from
small black cricket with lighter underside. very quick and very difficult to catch.

large, weed like plant next to a creek. it had a red, onion like color to it starting at the ground working its way up to the top were green started to show up on the stem while all the leaves were green and prickly
small bug i found on a tree leaf, it was shiny and was not threatened at all by my presence. did not move all that much so i was able to get a photo
this little coon showed up on my front porch and i caught him munching on cat food. even when i opened up the front door he came back and i was able to snag these photos.
these beautiful purple flowers were everywhere in the area and some even started to grow up trees. the coloration would range anywhere from a light purple, almost lavender even, to a dark deep purple that in some cases appeared slightly blue
i walked up and unexpectedly noticed it perched on a large rock in the middle of a creekbed. the gray feathers allowed it to blend in almost perfectly but i was able to capture a photo even though it is still hard to see.
these white flowes with yellow center were in full bloom when i took this photo of them. they were in large bushes and were bunched together.
there was a bunch of them blooming in the area up all the way along the creek path.
small salamander found under a board in a grassy area with some tree cover along with a damp muddy ground. coloring helped to blend with surounding dirt making it difficult to spot
very quick to get to cover once the board it was under was lifted but was still able to get a photo. an orangish color to it made it stand out quite clearly on the dark ground in which it made a home out of.
found under a wood board and was in the process of shedding. the board was in an overgrown grassy field next to a fence.
