This is a tiny moth, just 3mm long.
I recently co-authored a paper in the journal Zootaxa on this genus from Hong Kong that included 10 species, seven of which were newly described to science. The moth in the photo isn't any of them!

taken in deep shade; several stops underexposed to keep the pattern on the moth's wings from being obscured by the white scales. No flash.

This moth evidently reckoned it's bird dropping mimicry was so good that it didn't need to worry about being predated by birds or animals.
Found the moth in the same place the next day!
