Description

Have you ever climbed rocks before? I have, at the Big Tujunga Watershed. During my time there, I partook in many a different wild activities, but my greatest feat was climbing some big rocks.
It was a little after lunch time and all my friends and I ventured off into the wilderness. I discovered some fantastic rocks that posed a challenge to climb. So I told everyone that I was going to climb them. They said "NO! Don't do it!" but I did it anyway.
I knew it would be difficult, but I couldn't back down. There I was before the great rocks, gathering my strength and preparing my body, mind and soul. I strutted up to the rock, like it was no biggie, but I was horrified on the inside. I knew I was already in too deep. I couldn't back down, nor could I embarrass myself in front of ALL my friends. So I started on my journey.
With each step I took towards the top of the rocks, I felt more determined and also pretty cool. All my friends weren't being very supportive and they yelled at me "How are you supposed to get down? You're gonna die." But I pushed on, knowing I would be able to reach the top. I began to sweat with anticipation as I was only three steps away from the glorious moment of accomplishment. As I stepped onto the top of the all mighty rock, my friends cheered in celebration of my feat.
As I stood upon the great rocks, I felt a huge wave of accomplishment and self worth wash over me. My friends were very excited for me and took lots of beautiful pictures of me cause I looked so magnificent. Then one friend said "How will you get down?". My mind was racing with ideas of the next challenge in front of me...
