Four were spotted sitting on a fence at the bottom of a dam, next to the stream. They seemed like they were looking at the water for something to eat. They sat perfectly still except one moved closer to the water after about 10 minutes.

A flock of seagulls were sighted standing on the top of a dam's waterfall. They stood there, on a hot sunny day (around 80 degrees) in the water, grooming themselves. They could have been looking for fish to eat.
