My first guess is the American bullfrog, but I don't know frogs well enough to say decidedly one way or another. Hoping for some feedback here.

The Large One was photographed in a canal along the edge of the entrance to Grand Bay WMA in Valdosta, Georgia. It was a chilly but not too cold afternoon in February, 2012.
