Description

Arctium minus, known as common burdock as well is a part of the aster family. When I was able to observe this wildflower, It was by a tree and hidden away, I had to pull aside grass in order to see it clearly. This type of wildflower tends to be white to pink.

Description

Daucus Carota, known as Queen Anne's lace is a part of the carrot family. It is a wildflower with five petals only in white. I was able to observe these flowers in Underwood park as well as all my observations. It was in a tall grassy area, they were many grouped together but spread apart.

Description

I looked this plant on wildflowersearch in order to try to be able to identify it. It's a wildflower, commonly has 5 petals common to Illinois. This flower was out in the open surrounded by all green space. This type of wildflower also comes in pink,purple and white.
