2-2.5 foot long, wandering through tall grass near abandoned garage.
Very small aphids? On milkweed plant.
This spider has a red/orange dot on the rear end of its abdomen.
The white spots on the wings are odd, but it sure seems to be Calopteryx maculata.
Dozens of mating pairs.
This arachnid was hard to get a shot of since it stayed on the underside of the leaf. I walked through its web so it fled there on one of its attached strands.
Looked like a tick/spider mix at first, very flat body, antennae looked like a 4th pair of legs. But no I notice that this is in fact an insect.
