Due to recognizable markings, we've been able able to make note that in three-yrs, this particular Eastern Chipmunk has been the only chipmunk to reside in this area.
This flock does not migrate away during winter months. This year it seems like each parent-couple has had gaggles (I don't know what to call a "litter" of baby geese) twice the size of last year's litters. I have also noted that this year's goslings have matured much more rapidly when compared to last year's groups.
