The reddish berries were clustered together in the bushes. The clusters were generally spaced out on the bush. Some of the berries were green or purple as well.

The bee was situated on a rock in a river at Strawberry Canyon. Temperature was around 80 degrees, was sunny with very little cloud coverage. The bee was not flying, but rather stationary except for rotating in circles.
