Beach littered with these almost plastic looking spheres. They appeared to be liquid filled. I really have no idea what they are. Could they be part of some type of kelp or even something like Bubble Algae (Valonia)? The Rio Plata was very choppy that day and thousands of these spheres up to 1.5 inches across were all over the beach.
