Found growing along a gravel road
Photographed at Long Branch Farm outside of Goshen Ohio. Teasel prefers rocky, dry soil.
Butterfly weed and ox-eye daisy on a hot afternoon in my favorite field. The butterfly weed was very prominent along the roadside this year.

White Baneberry starting to ripen and mature
Wayne National Forest, southeast Ohio, In May during and after the flowering. I think this is white baneberry. It is July now so I hope I can go soon to see if the stalks turn red. They are getting ready to selectively log that forest and have cut in some dirt roads. I've not seen this here before that.
I thought this might be fly-poison but the leaves were all wrong. Please help if you can. (the previous picture was the wrong one - sorry!)
