It's a trap !
In a house, behind a clock. Daytime. You can see some other smaller organisms, maybe nymphs ?

I put order Physarales because the only two species I could think of were both in this order: Fuligo cinerea and Mucilago crustacea. It was in the garden around the house of my grand-mother. I guess the soil is calcareous and rich if it is of any help.
The top ones. I posted another observation for the bottom one.
I am not sure about the ID but this is only thing which came to my mind.
