Flowering Plants (Subphylum Angiospermae)

Description

This plant is called tomatillo by locals. However, it does have a nightshade appearance, but no papery husk on the tiny yellow fruits. Locals say it is poison but I know of quite a few other plants they say are poison too, which are not, and are actually nice to eat. Wondering ictnis might be nice too?
