Shaded north-facing sidewalk in the embassy district probably has a whole host of mosses - at least two in this photo, perhaps three counting the spp. that inhabits the grout of the brick and stone walls
Very colorful saproxylic fungi on a cut birch stump - like some kind of berry parfait. Haven't observed it before, though I've photographed the stump previously. I presume that it emerged following rain the evening before.

Don't know my Danish herps, either. This one was TINY - 1-1/2" max. Found about 25m from a large-ish pond, making his way through the grass on the opposite side of a footpath.
