Large spider about 1" scrunched up after I screamed! Probably 2 1/2" outstretched. 3 foot web, on my deck chair, first day I shooed it away and it climbed up the house. Next day went to sit on my chair and it had made a web right where I was gonna sit! He was relocated to the side of the house!

What
Feral Pigeon (Columba livia var. domestica)Observer
kfwintersDescription
At a local park, 30 white and a few mixed color pigeons. Tired and worn, seemed tame. Called Lancaster Bird Club, confirmed they were racing pigeons. No tags on legs. Published the info in the local paper, but no one ever claimed them. They never left, but their numbers dwindled.
