I was driving on this road at around midnight and a mountain lion crossed the road right in front of me. By the time I stopped, it was right by the side of the road making eye contact. Very cool sighting....

Stumbled across two people fishing for these sharks off of Drake's Estero. Catch and release still seemed kind of mean. They were calling these ones "sand sharks" not sure what species but looks like the genus Mustelus are often called sand sharks
