Description

Found growing out of the stump of a ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa) Long, thick stipe descended a few cm's into the ground. Pileus arched to semiglobose with a 6 cm diameter and scales, gills shortly decurrent and wavy, no annulus or veil present on these samples. No staining observed. Cream-colored spore print
