Bird bander called it a trail flycatcher since you cannot distinguish alder from willow unless you hear them sing.
Did not do anything but band this bird since it was nervous.
This bird had orange tips on its tail feathers
Found DOR on East 49th Street near intersection with Grant Street. Moved from road for photograph at request of CHPD.

Injured when workers were cutting down it's tree. Fran Kitchen is rehabbing it. It will never fly again.
