Field Notes - The scene of a crime. Several stag beetles have been killed, covered in ants and their insides eaten, leaving nothing but their shells. You may want to refer to the victim found beside them but survived. Any clues you could give us to what has happened would be greatly appreciated.

Field Notes - This is a surviving victim of the earlier posted crime scene. Ants were attempting to hold him down and kill him but I (Dr Ella) managed to brush them off and save him. Any help solving this case is greatly appreciated.
