Observations by smurdock

It was about 2 feet tall and found beside a man-made pond in northwest Coppell. They are found there fairly frequently.

About 8" long with an solid olive colored back and dark stripes along each side. It had a rust colored head distinct from the rest of the body. I found it on my back patio.
