Larger and robust in habitus , ear opening round, 72 scales along midline from nape to above vent, tail round , thick at base.

Mid region of the body brassy white with four rows of black dots, three rows of small black dots from axilla to groin and on to tail, belly whitish.

Body scales granular, minute and intermixed with small tubercles irregularly scattered, scales on the ventral small and imbricate, 10-17 femoral pores on each side. Grey above and whitish below, back with conspicuous wavy cross bars, A dark streak from the eye extending on to the sides of body.
